What is Dulari Handicrafts Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order through the Dulari Handicrafts website/m-site until it has been packed at our Warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, you cannot modify the order yourself after placing an order on Dulari Handicrafts. Please note that the shipping address can only be changed before your order has been packed at our Warehouse.
How do I cancel my order?
You need to be logged into your Dulari Handicrafts account to cancel an order. Once you are logged in, tap on the ‘My Orders’ section under ‘My Account’ and then select the order you want to cancel.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via UPI , Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
